But who are we fooling? This Weezy F. Hendrix attempt might work if shoved down their throats enough. You know Radio will eat it up. Which format? Who knows.. it might invade your local Alternative station. DRUNK WHITE GIRLS!

But, if you’re not too familiar with who Dan Auerbach is, he’s a member of this band, whose album Attack And Release got rave reviews and even got a nod in Rolling Stones top 50. This is the title track from his solo debut album that drops February 10th on Nonesuch. Expect some more new shit from him on the upcoming ATR mixtape. Homie kills this shit.. and the album is nice too.

You might remember John from his previous work. This is off his new album The Empyrean slated for release today. iI wasnt gonna post this, but fuck it. Its the intro from the album and i must say, its pretty fucking good. The slow snare and melodic guitar solo allow you to float away in the 9 minutes that track elapses. Not many are built for this, but my hippies will feel me. Unfortunately.. the album strayed away from this direction.
