Adele – 19
I gave her a slot on last months All Things Rock mixtape (see: Chasing Pavements), and it doesnt hurt that NOW, that single is #1 on the UK charts (yeah i know how to pick the good ones, boys and girls). On the heels of releasing 19, Adele sounds like she has a good album in her hands… Go ahead and tell them where you heard it first.
